We understand that life happens—and sometimes plans need to change. Please review the cancellation policy carefully before booking your spot.

International Retreats:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and secure your retreat spot. This policy helps us make necessary reservations and commitments with our venue and vendors.

Cancellation Windows

90+ days

Refund of all payments minus deposit and a $75 admin fee

0–89 days

No refund available due to venue payment timelines

If we’re able to fill your spot from our waitlist or you find someone to take your place, we’ll do our best to refund any recoverable costs, minus your deposit and admin fee.

Balance Due

The remaining balance is due no later than 90 days before the retreat (exact date will be confirmed in your confirmation email). Failure to submit your balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation, and your space may be offered to someone on the waitlist. Standard cancellation terms apply.

Travel Insurance is Strongly Encouraged

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that includes cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel delays. This helps protect your investment and gives you peace of mind.
